Matt Meissner has been a top producing mortgage lender since 2004 and serves as the West Alabama Market President for Ellason Mortgage Group, working out of the Tuscaloosa, AL branch. In this role, he leads a high-performing team of mortgage professionals known for their expertise, integrity, and exceptional customer service, a reputation consistently affirmed by business partners and past clients.
With more than two decades of mortgage experience, Matt and his team excel at navigating even the most complex home financing scenarios. They offer a comprehensive range of lending solutions, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Down Payment Assistance programs, Renovation and Repair loans, and New Construction financing. Matt also has products available to assist with financing unique properties such as barndominiums, hobby farms, and larger recreational tracts of land.
Matt is a native of Northport, AL, and a graduate of The University of Alabama, where he met his wife, Brooke. They have been married since 2007 and are raising two daughters, MacKenzie and Brylee. Outside of work, Matt stays active in the community cheering on Alabama athletics, supporting his daughters at dance competitions, boating on Lake Tuscaloosa, and enjoying the great outdoors.
