Bill Thoma is a seasoned mortgage loan officer from Tullahoma, Tennessee. For over a decade, he specialized in lending in Tullahoma until he decided to run his own mortgage company for 29 years. Bill has won recognition as a Priority Broker by Bank of America not once, but three times.

Bill started his journey at Woodward Academy, later attending Mercer University, where he geared up for a successful career in finance. Always eager to learn, Bill has attended a variety of banking and lending programs, including courses at Vanderbilt University, the American Institute of Banking, and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

When he’s not navigating the complexities of mortgages, Bill is deeply involved in his community. He has served on the board of the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Professionals and has been a president for both the United Givers Fund and the Highland Rim Kiwanis Club, where he dedicated his efforts to make a difference locally.
