Megan Graham is a Mortgage Loan Officer with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career in human resources before transitioning into commercial loan operations, mortgage operations and compliance, and eventually mortgage origination. For the past four years, Megan has focused on helping homebuyers navigate the mortgage process with confidence and clarity. Her background in compliance gives her a unique edge in understanding lending guidelines and finding the right solutions for each borrower’s situation.
Born and raised in the Birmingham area, Megan spent 10 years in Greenwood, South Carolina, during which time she earned her BS in Exercise Science from Lander University. In 2015 she returned to Alabama and made St. Clair County her home.
Megan lives with her husband Tim and their two children Cooper and Hannah and is deeply invested in her family and community. She currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors as Vice President for the Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of her local CrossFit community. Much of her free time is spent cheering on Cooper at wrestling matches and Hannah on the volleyball court, two roles she takes just as seriously as her professional work. Her dedication to both personal growth and community engagement carries over into her work with homebuyers, where she is known for her transparency, responsiveness, and ability to find creative solutions tailored to each borrower’s goals.
